My client wanted to initiate a customer newsletter, to keep them up to date on relevant company matters, increase their knowledge on the subject matter, to encourage them to spend more and to publicise incentives and offers.

From the bare bones given to me for each issue, I write the necessary copy and construct the layout, based on a style that we established at the outset. Using a good value freelance designer, the newsletter is created, with the client viewing and approving it as required. I will then put the newsletter to print, having negotiated the best price with the appropriate printer.
