Customer Research    
    There are many levels at which market research can be achieved and it needn't cost the earth. I carry out projects myself as well as using specialist agencies when required.

One of my clients wanted to get an understanding of what their new customers thought of the company and how they intended to act in the future (which could then be assessed internally after a period of time). After considering the nature of the customer and the type of information required, we agreed on a telephone interview approach. I managed to achieve an appropriate sample size and report back with some very constructive feedback.

With regard to customer feedback, I have also created questionnaires to be mailed out, and hired touch pad screens for customers to use within a retail outlet. I have also carried out research for a start up company, talking to prospective customers in order to understand the real potential of their business.
